Swissly was born from a conviction that the UAE deserved something better - renovation and maintenance services built on European precision, genuine craftsmanship, and an unyielding standard thatnever compromises, regardless of project size or budget.
Born into a family of skilled craftsmen, Marco Mariotti grew up understanding that quality is not an option - it is an obligation. His background in mechanical engineering and over a decade of hands-on project leadership in the UAE formed the technical backbone of what would become Swissly.
Alongside him, Yolanda Pohl-Mariotti brought the business acumen, the relentless drive for client excellence, and the commercial vision to transform Marco's craft into a company. Together as partners in life and in business - they built Swissly from their first maintenance job in Dubai to a fully operational renovation and maintenance powerhouse serving the UAE's most discerning residential and commercial clients.

Marco is the technical conscience of Swissly. A mechanical engineer by training and a craftsman by instinct, he approaches every project with the precision of someone who understands that the details others overlook are exactly the ones that determine whether a build lasts five years or fifty.
His career spans over two decades across Europe and the Middle East - from apprenticeships under Swiss master craftsmen to leading complex, multi-disciplinary renovation projects for retail flagships, luxury villas, and corporate headquarters across the UAE. He does not subcontract accountability. When Swissly commits to a result, Marco ensures it is delivered.

Yolanda is the strategic engine behind Swissly's growth. With a sharp instinct for business development and an uncompromising commitment to the client experience, she transformed a strong technical operation into a brand that clients return to and recommend without hesitation.
She has built Swissly's commercial infrastructure from the ground up: the processes, the client relationships, the service philosophy that ensures every interaction - from first enquiry to project handover - reflects the same standard of excellence that defines the physical work itself.
Yolanda understands that a renovation company's true product is not the finished space. It is the trust earned along the way.
